Answer: Refurbishing a used golf cart is a very similar process to restoring a car. Simply put, the cart is cleaned thoroughly, inspected, and parts that are worn are replaced. This includes: brakes, frame, steering components, drive train, batteries, bearings, fluids, and many other parts. The cart will be in excellent operating condition before the customizing process begins.

Answer: Many items are important when shopping for a golf cart! The most important items on an electric cart are the batteries. The batteries will be clearly stamped on the negative post with a letter and number. The letter represents the month and the number represents the year the battery was manufactured. Example: J0 would represent October of 2010. The other thing to look for is rust and damage to the frame on the underside of the cart.
